COVID-19 Response

At  Van Griffith Kia, we take the health and safety of both our staff and customers seriously. Our service advisors and technicians will ensure to disinfect high-touch areas of your vehicle, including door handles, shifter, and steering wheel.

In an attempt to minimize the risk of COVID-19, our team members are continuously sanitizing and deep cleaning all areas of the dealership throughout the day.  And, our janitorial crews have been instructed to be extra cautious about disinfecting high-touch areas including door handles, countertops, and restrooms. 

We also have hand sanitizer and wipes available for customers in the service waiting area.

Through Kia’s Promise program, any warranty that expires from March 2020 through May 2020, will be extended to June 30th, 2020.

Should your vehicle require to be left at our service center overnight or longer, we have rentals available for your use. All rideshare or rental cars have been properly sanitized.

For your comfort, convenience, and peace of mind, our staff can come to you. We will pick up your car and bring it back to the dealership for service. We will return the car to you after the service has been completed.

We offer contact-free service. This means that we can come to your location to pick up your vehicle, take it to the dealership for repair/maintenance, return the vehicle to your location, and process your payment via phone or online.  How's that for a white-glove treatment?!
